Here are eight CS:GO tournaments to watch in 2022.

The Intel Extreme Masters has the best CS:GO tournaments. For the record, it is the world’s longest-running competitive gaming event. It has continued to attract the world’s top athletes since its inception in 2006. The IEM tournaments will be held in Katowice from February 15 to February 27, 2022, with the first tournament occurring on February 15. The grand prize is $400,000, and CS:GO heavyweights such as Natus Vincere and Gambit Esports are expected to compete.

Intel Extreme Masters XVII

The XVII tournament in Cologne will take place immediately after the IEMXVI. This tournament, which will take place from July 15 to 17th, will feature 24 teams competing for a share of a million-dollar prize pool.

ESL Pro League Tour Season 15

In 2022, the ESL Pro League, a short-form CS:GO tournament, will be available. There will be two ESL Pro League tournaments in 2022, the first of which will begin in Malta. The group stages begin on March 9, and the playoff stages start on April 5, following the conclusion of the group stages. Astralis, Big, and Complexity are just a few of the 34 teams competing in this professional-level tournament for a share of the $850,000 prize pool.

ESL DreamHack Tournaments

You do not have to be a member of a professional team to compete in CS:GO tournaments. The ESL DreamHack initiative has been running since 2016, allowing gamers of all ages and backgrounds to compete. In 2022, there will be nine ESL DreamHack tournaments, each with a $100,000 prize pool.

ESEA Tournaments

Regarding CS:GO tournament coverage, the ESEA is unrivaled. As of December 2021, five specific events for 2022 have been confirmed. For those who want to compete in all four divisions, they all begin on March 1. On May 1, the ESEA Relegation S40 begins. The ESEA has promised more tournaments, but no dates have been set. The CSGO schedule is frequently updated, so keep checking back for any newly announced dates.

BLAST Premier Series

If you want high-octane competition with the best teams worldwide, the BLAST Premier Series is worth your time. Throughout the year, the best CS:GO teams from around the world compete in tournaments. The prize pool for the world final is expected to be USD 250,000.

It was only recently added to the list of CS:GO tournaments, but it’s a must-see if you want to discover new teams and future GO favorites. Some of the best Middle Eastern teams are expected to compete in this tournament in March 2022 in Dubai.
