LoL Patch 11.17: Upcoming Esports Pros
All good things are in sevens or something similar. Seven champions are in any case. Esports Proed with Patch 11.17. Believe it or not. Teemo You are one of them! Riot has a plan for the little devil!
These Champion champions will be buff in 11.17:
- Teemo – E damage on hit increase from 11 – 55 to 14 – 58.
- Ekko – Passive damage against monsters increased from 150% to 200%.
- Evelynn – Ultimate cooldown decreased from 140 – 80 to 120 – 80.
- Lissandra – AD increased from 53 to 55 and Q mana cost decreased from 60 – 80 to 55 – 75.
- Nami – Base HP buffed and W mana cost decreased.
- Senna – Attack speed ratio increased from 0.3 to 0.35. Also, her passive soul rate will drop by minion kills. This will cause an 8.333% increase.
- Xayah – Q cast time will scale with attack speed and ultimate damage is increased as well.

Item and Rune Esports Pros in LoL Patch 11.17
Three buffs will be available in LoL Patch 11.17. Fleet Footwork should already have one of them live in 11.16. The other two belong to items
- Fleet Footwork – Healing will be 10 – 100 +40% Bonus AD + 30% AP.
- Hullbreaker – HP increased from 300 to 400.
- Youmuu’s Ghostblade – Instead of Dirk + Pickaxe, the build path will now be Warhammer + Dirk. The item will cost 15 ability haste and be less expensive. The damage level will decrease from 60 AD to 55.
