Tetris is one the oldest puzzle games. It’s also one of our favorite puzzle games.
Pop culture icon at this point is the tetromino forms. These shapes have stood the test and many developers have tried to give their own twists on the timeless classic.
Whatever they do, however, it’s still going to be lots of fun, as long it’s the same old Tetris game that generations of gamers love.
3. Unraveling/Unraveling2
Top games full of riddles

Gamers today have a lot to choose from, with so many puzzle platforms available on different platforms. Unravel 2 or Unravel 2 are the only two games that we could choose to be a single game.
Unravel 2 and Unravel 3 take players on an immersive journey through the environment, solving tricky puzzles of varying complexity using Yarny. Yarny is a scrawny red man whose body is entirely made of yarn. This game almost completely lacks combat and bosses.
Unravel 2 is a beautiful game with stunning visuals, backed by a fantastic soundtrack.
4. Grim Fandango, Grim
The most played puzzle games
Platforms: Microsoft Windows Original / Nintendo Switch Remastered / Microsoft Windows. Linux, OS X. PlayStation 4, PS Vita. Android, iOS.
The original Grim Fandango by LucasArts was released in 1998. It is more of a puzzle-oriented game than a storey game. However, it does have enough puzzle elements to be considered a classic, and we feel it is best to include it on this list.
Grim Fandango’s goal is to expose a scandalous scheme. You play as Manny Calavero (a travel agent in the underground) and your objective is to get out of jail.
You will play a pseudo-detective for most of the game so expect lots of puzzle-solving, clue-searching, and other activities.
Grim Fandango’s visuals have not aged well. The remaster of Grim Fandango has been available for quite some time. If you’re new to the game, it might be a good idea not to play it. Instead, just go straight to the remastered version.
If Grim Fandango was played in the past, the presence of the remaster is sufficient to allow you to play it again.
