LoL Patch 11.21: System Changes

System Esports Pros – Ingenious Hunter & Health Rune Stat Shard

Ingenious Hunter: Base item Haste: 10-20, Item haste per Stack : 5-6
Health Rune Stat Shard Health: 15-90 to Health: 15-140

Ingenious Hunter Could it be of any use right now? Riot is determined to make the device as useful and as effective as its counterparts from the Domination Skill Tree. They might have been successful. Patch 11.21! Although this rune may be OP, mages who have enough ability haste can proc the effect on items such as Ludens Tempest & Liandry’s Anguish twice! Do not be surprised to see this rune appear more often in builds. This will most likely get nerfed soon.

Health Rune Stat Shard Could be used in more cases now. This is something that not many champions will prioritize. Armor Oder Magic Resistance These two are more important than others. It is very simple to gain health and not lose your itemization. Riot may have to boost this stat shard further If they want players to consider it a viable option.

System Nerfs: Guardian, Conqueror and Ravenous Hunter

Guardian – Shield: 70-50 to 50-130
Conqueror: Adaptive per stack, 2-5 to 2, 2-4. Esports Pro duration: 6s-4s
Goredrinker – Active damage: 100% Total AD up to 175% Base AD. HP/5: 150% up to 0. [NEW] 8% Omnivamp, [REMOVED] Spite Passive
Ravenous Hunter- Omnivamp per stack, 1.5% to 1.2%

We have many things to talk about here. Guardian! Enchanters such as Nami and Soraka Finding their way through the meta. This rune may be a bit too good, it turns out. Riot is cutting back its benefits by a fair bit. This is a significant shift, and support mains should tell ADC’s to play a little safer. Patch 11.21!

The Conqueror changes may not be enough for 70% of champion roster members to choose it as their rune. This nerf could also punish Bruisers, as well as the nerfs for Ravenous Hunter and Goredrinker. These champions are known to abuse Conqueror, and they will add healing to their abilities. This will make it a bit more difficult to do in. Patch 11.21.

Stridebreaker a favored over Goredrinker In the second half 11. It was once a way for champions to speed up their efforts to take on their foes. However, it has been nerfed.
